Employee ID = Last 4 of your SSN, the first two initials of your first name + last name
(ex. 1234JoSmith or 1234JoSmith-Brown)
For multiple last names, you will only use the first last name (John Smith Brown = 1234JoSmith).
For hyphenated last names, you will use your whole last name (John Smith-Brown = 1234JoSmith-Brown)
You will Enter a Temporary Password of: EMRGroup123!
Once that information is entered, the system will prompt you to change your password.
If not, you can update your password in the My Profile section by clicking the icon located at the top right corner of the page.
